Our Terms of Business will be issued and discussed prior to any application and charges will be quoted dependent on your requirements and financial circumstances. We may also waive any fees depending on these circumstances. For a mortgage, a typical fee of £499 may be chargeable on application plus an administration fee. Our maximum fee will be the lower of £1000 or 3% of the loan. Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage. As with all insurance policies, conditions and exclusions will apply.
